Manifesto

Some coffee is grown. Ours is forged.

The soil does the work. Basalt weathers into one of the richest growing media on earth — iron, magnesium, potassium, trace minerals no fertiliser bag can imitate. Our cherries ripen slowly on the slope at 1,800 metres, and the mountain ends up in the cup.

We roast like it matters. Small drums, hard heat, and a roast master who listens for first crack the way a vintner tastes must. Every batch is cupped twice before it earns the name on the bag.
